„Pięć tasków” („Five tasks”)
„Pięć tasków” is the debut single of Princity Band. The song explores the burden of corporate work, professional burnout, and the never-ending chase for promotion.

It directly references Sixteen Tons, the legendary song performed by Tennessee Ernie Ford in 1956. Just as Sixteen Tons speaks of the relentless struggle and monotony of a miner’s life, „Pięć tasków” brings that feeling of exhaustion and pressure seventy years forward, into today’s office reality. It’s a musical story about how daily tasks, much like “sixteen tons,” can overwhelm us and strip work of its meaning.
But „Pięć tasków” is more than a reflection on office life. It’s also a platform to raise awareness about important social issues. The band chose to highlight the topic of depression, especially among men. The song supports the inspiring mission of Szymon Makuch, with whom we’ve been collaborating for years. In September 2025, he plans to run 950 km solo along the stunning routes of the Pamir Highway and Bartang Valley in Tajikistan. Partnering with the foundation Nie Widać Po Mnie (“You Can’t See It on Me”), his goal is to launch a tele-consultation platform and a dedicated helpline for men struggling with mental health challenges. The entire Princity Band is cheering for Szymon and his noble mission!
The single also supports another important story – the mission in the Central African Republic led by Father Benedykt Pączka. We proudly stand behind his work in building the African Music School, which offers young people an alternative to violence and weapons by giving them a safe space to learn and grow through music.
„Pięć tasków” is therefore not just a song about corporate struggles, but also a call for support and empathy for those carrying invisible burdens – both near us and across continents.

„Projekt” („Project”)
Following the debut single „Pięć tasków”, Princity Band returns with „Projekt” – a song that continues the story of everyday struggles in the corporate world.

The lyrics reflect the thoughts of an employee worn down by routine, disconnected from colleagues who feel like strangers. The choruses are a manifesto of courage – a longing to break free from monotony and dare to change. The song ends on a hopeful note: maybe life can regain its colors.
Through „Projekt”, we also want to highlight two wonderful social initiatives. The Home for Blind Men named after Mother Elżbieta Czacka in Niepołomice, and the Sprawne Wspinanie Foundation, which organizes therapeutic climbing for people with disabilities, both reflect the spirit of our song. They show that true change and meaning often begin where we reach out to others. Supporting such actions breaks patterns and brings color back to the world – exactly as we sing in „Projekt”.

„Cicha noc” („Silent Night”)
For Christmas, together with developers and designers from Tummim, we recorded the carol „Silent Night”. On this occasion, we supported the African Music School and the campaign Instruments Instead of Weapons.
We purchased a marimba, on which Julia performed the carol. Afterwards, we carefully packed it and sent it to our friend Brother Benedykt, who leads the music school in the Central African Republic.

„Marzenie” („Dream”)
„Marzenie” is a song about the desires that give us courage and meaning in everyday life. It reminds us that even in moments of doubt and struggle, each of us has the strength to follow our dreams. Dreams aren’t distant – they are born in the heart and guide us toward a brighter future. This is our musical appeal: never give up on what truly matters.

„Dreams”
With „Dreams”, we want to highlight the power of dreams – the force that gives strength even in the hardest times. This song is our gesture of support for children fighting cancer in a pediatric oncology hospital in Ukraine. We believe the funds raised will help fulfill their wishes and bring a little light into their everyday challenges.

„Dom” („Home”)
„Dom” is a story of gratitude towards those who are able to create a space full of love and safety – even where it might seem to be missing.
The version currently available was recorded by the artists of the Exit Theatre, who also composed the music for it. Soon. A new recording by Princity Band will be released, featuring Beata – whose artistic journey we support – accompanied by our musicians.
Together, we want to emphasize that a true home is carried in the heart and built through the presence of another person.
