A story that began with a saxophone
Our story
Princity Band was born out of the passion of employees at Tummim Sp. z o.o.
Although we come from the IT world, music has become our way of speaking about things that matter to all of us.
Our story began one December day, when one of our colleagues walked into the office carrying a saxophone.
– “Do you play?” – Ania asked.
– “I do,” – he replied.
That’s how it all started – something no one expected – with a joint recording of Silent Night in 2024.
This moment revealed that as many as 30% of the company’s employees had musical talents. That’s when the idea was born – to bring these passions together and use music as a voice for important social issues.
Since then, Princity Band has been more than just music. It’s a community that inspires, unites, and supports others.

Our place
A positively crazy office
Our office is more than just a workspace – it’s a place full of energy, music, and fresh ideas. When the idea of Princity Band was born, so was the idea of creating a unique interior design.
The first thing anyone notices when visiting us is a wall of musical instruments. And they’re not just decorations – many of them actually play, and we love using them. We also collect antiques with soul and history. In the conference room stands Ania’s favorite instrument – a handmade guitar, whose creation you can sneak a peek at here.
The instruments around us in the office remind us every day that emotions matter, passions are important, and behind every line of code stands a human being – with heart, talent, and a story.
There’s also a vinyl wall – with one empty spot, waiting for our own record. And instead of one regular desk, we placed a piano where anyone can take a musical break and play something for the rest of the team.
We don’t always play – sometimes we just listen to music from the turntable that keeps us company while we work on projects and lifts the atmosphere.
